Wij verwerken uw gegevens uitsluitend voor de uitvoering van de overeenkomst (boeking), wettelijke plichten en het optimaliseren van onze AI-dienstverlening. Het gaat om:
- First and last name, address details and city.
- Phone number, email address and IP address.
- Date of birth details (necessary for tickets and insurance).
Automated processing & AI
Ai Reisagent uses our own AI module on our secured server to generate travel advice and optimise flight combinations.

Retention period & security
Wij bewaren uw gegevens niet langer dan strikt nodig is. Voor de administratie hanteren wij de wettelijke termijn van 7 years. Uw gegevens worden beveiligd via moderne versleuteling om ongeautoriseerde toegang te voorkomen.
